Dr. Elizabeth Morris Turnage is an expert in special education. Her experience as a public school special educator and special education administrator, including serving as the Director of Legal and Policy Issues for the second largest county school district in Georgia and the 25th largest school district in the country, provides you with an insider advantage for her to advocate on your family’s behalf in IEP team meetings and Section 504 team meetings.
